    Massage gently in circular motions, spending extra time on rough or bumpy areas. Rinse thoroughly.

    Follow with your body butter while skin is still damp to lock in the smoothness.

Two to three times a week is the sweet spot. Daily scrubbing can irritate skin and make texture worse, not better.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes — it's dermatologically tested, paraben and sulphate free. If you're very reactive, patch test on your inner arm for 24 hours first.
How long until I see results?
